Steph Crane Pilates, based on Boston’s South Shore, offers private and group instruction in classical pilates, traditional personal training, and bootcamp-style workouts, along with nutrition counseling. All classes, whether private or large group, are instructed with client safety as a top priority, making sure proper body mechanics and form are followed. Steph Crane Pilates accommodates all fitness and experience levels.

Stephanie offers both Pilates and Boot Camp classes at various locations throughout the South Shore, including at the Hingham Community Center.
